Healthy Choice$
 ORHC
is offering a new product called Healthy Choice$ to
its associates that combines the insurance feature,
along with an organized system to improve and maintain
the individual's health. Listed below are some of the
changes that have been made to improve and enhance our
level of coverage and the philosophy behind the idea.

Core Benefits:
|
These are screening and wellness benefits made
available to all associates. Included are such
items as a mammogram, cholesterol screens, etc.
The Core Benefits are being offered free to all
associates in an effort to assist everyone in
maintaining and improving their health.

Healthy Allowance:
|
This is a system of multiple levels of premiums
offered to associates. Healthy Choice$ is geared
toward lowering the health risk of the participants.
The plan will measure the participants' health,
help them to establish goals, give them tools
to achieve their goals and reward them for achieving
those goals with significantly lower premiums.

Healthy Choice$ Account:
|
The $100 Healthy Choice$ account is available
to all associates who participate in the Health
Center's insurance plan. The health plan will
provide up to $100 per fiscal year (April-March), to
purchase anything that will help the associate
obtain or maintain a healthier lifestyle.
